Most definitely. We need to separate people who are responsible for their actions from those who aren't. Where do I sign up?
No way. This is just an elitist approach to sanction snobbery. Besides, being responsible is no fun.
Maybe. I think we could benefit from it, but I wish it weren't the case. I'd like it if everyone else got certified, though.
