I'd rather have a candidate who is not controlled by the puppetmaster(s).
Darwin Carter has been a maverick all his life and is fearless in his defense of the common man an the good, "old-fashioned" values that made this country great. He is the voice of reason in the cacophony of rhetoric that has become American politics.
If you'd like to see a return to common sense in state government, vote Darwin Carter on July 20th. He was raised on a farm and knows what it takes to get things done. He's walked the walk. Let's get a a real problem-solver in there to keep an eye out for us.

Black told the CCRP breakfast a few months back that he would NEVER defer first to consumer choice over industry protection.
Sure, he's been in Agriculture his whole life, but somewhere along the line he began to equate sustainable with profitable.
He's a lobbyist. He's in Monsanto's shirt pocket.
Carter's not much better- I took the lesser-evil approach. I'm just looking forward to voting for Kevin Cherry in the general.

Gary Black is beholding to big Agri-business and the established country club republican party. I have been voting Republican all of my life; the establishment in the Republican Party cares very little about the average Georgian. Gary Black is probably a decent person; however, he knows very little about how the average Georgian lives. He's one of that group that will surround himself with the Tea Party people, the Sarah Palin people, and the typical country club Republican Party members. Then, when elected, he will fall right in line, compromise with the Democrats, and forget all about the people of Georgia. He will take more money from Washington and then let them call all the shots; all the while; blaming the National Democratic Party.

Gary Black is, by far, the best candidate for Commissioner of Agriculture. If you have met Gary, you will vote for him. If you haven't met Gary, you should.

It would be nice if folks shared the whole truth instead of just parts! Gary Black has been in agriculture his whole life - not just as a profession, but even on his own farm! I find it interesting when the key leaders in agriculture in our state and our country seek his help and counsel. Vote for Gary - the one that knows agriculture and practices agriculture. He's the man!

mr black is a lobbyist, not a farmer. mr carter is a farmer and is the right man for the job, he understands agriculture!
Darwin Carter is the best candidate for Commissioner of Agriculture we could ever have. He has spent his
life in Agriculture, both in farming and in livestock. He and his wife also take care of 30 homeless dogs.
He was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to the Dept of Agriculture and was in charge of the shipment
of cattle to Iraq to save the starving Kurds. President Reagan learned that Saddam Hussein had gassed the
Kurds so they turned the planes back as they weren't quite half way and landed in Kennedy Airport. Mr.
Carter spoke to our Horse Club and we were so impressed with him. Super intelligent and a great guy to boot.
I served on the Georgia State Equine Board for 15 years. Commissioner Irvin has just about destroyed the
horse industry in Georgia with all the rules, regulations and fees he has placed on horse owners.
Darwin Carter has the knowledge to help farmers grow food crops and livestock that can be sold at a lower
price, thereby improving the economy of our State and reducing the cost of food on the grocery shelf.
If you want experience, intelligence and determination to help our State's Economy and reduce the
price of food and grain for livestock, VOTE FOR DARWIN CARTER.
