This is very interesting!
I wonder whether the 6-9 p.m. time might be the one that's most available? For instance, people who work full-time during the day would practice after work.
Is 6-9 the "best" practice time, or the one that's available most often?
Just curious!
I'd also love to hear how you manage to be alert at that time!
