We test the emails before sending, and the from name is always "AOTA's 1-Minute Update." I'd like to troubleshoot to find out why it is showing up as "Unknown Sender" to your email address.
-First, don't use UnknownSender@UnknownDomain - I almost did not open it even though I saw the subject "Re: How would you enhance the 1-Minute Update? Tell us!" Other ideas"
-More pictures and more color especially on the top of the email
-The subject needs to catch people's eye
-A consistant, identifible, colorfull logo
-possibly use to u-tubes or videos or links to podcasts
-I like the "read more"and links you are ussing
-recommend adding social media links to this - Having a "tweet this" or share on facebook button might help to increase reach.
maybe even have response or question link
might even include a FAQ
all the topics listed on the pole are excellent
