Which of the following factors are the MOST IMPORTANT reasons why you seek to diminish or overcome same-sex attractions? (choose as many as you want)

For me, homosexuality is (or was) addictive, compulsive, obsessive and/or self-destructive.

Living a gay life just feels wrong to me.

My experience with homosexuality has left me unfulfilled, depressed and/or dissatisfied.

I am concerned about negative health effects from homosexuality.
