Kevin Schwantz v. Circuit of the Americas: Does this sound like an ugly power and money grab? Who is at fault?

Kevin Schwantz is right to file suit because Circuit of the Americas is "playing dirty". COTA should cut the BS and get back to the job at hand.

Kevin Schwantz doesn't have a case. He should step out of the way , stop delaying progress, and let businessmen do business.

. . . not a big deal. This is par for the course with any huge business project involving several principles. This will work itself out?
