How do you handle NDAs?
You spend an hour reading through it carefully before signing, trying to understand every detail and spot any irregularities
You let your lawyer spend as much time, certainly doing a better job scrutinizing the agreement, but at a cost of several hundred dollars for what basically is just a ritual
You give it five minutes, scanning for something that looks unfamiliar while your thoughts drift elsewhere, then sign it, thinking it's probably fine
You just sign it
