I don't like the font type of option 2, although it might look more relaxed due to the lower case, for me I would take option 1 as a more prestigious business set up!

I think the logo should have option B above the line and option A below the line. The rounded face gives a more "relaxed" feeling, but it's less legible. Consider that the logo might appear at a very small size. Legibility of the lower line would then be critical.
Option B is the one, gives a more "laid back" appeal
Easier to read.
