Yes. Lawmakers may have the best intentions, but they shouldn’t dictate what kind of milk young children should get. Besides, the science isn't settled on whether whole milk or low-fat milk is better for young kids.
No. Government is supposed to protect citizens, so it’s proper for lawmakers to decide whether whole milk or low-fat milk should be served to kids 2 and older in day care. The American Academy of Pediatrics sides with low-fat milk.
