NRG Athletes hands down. I cannot wait to train at their new state of the art high performance centre at the twin-plex Garden City. There is nothing like this in the north / east part of Winnipeg. Can't wait !!!!!!!

The Rady JCC is the best gym in the city! Salt water pool and all of the state of the art equipment. Not to mention all the wonderful staff always willing to help you reach your goals. Its a great space over looking the Assiniboin River .
The Rady JCC is a grate facility! It's the only pool in the city with salt water! The facility is newly renovated and always clean. The Reay JCC staff is always there to instruct and help. Great place to be!!!

Strive - although new to the city, it has the best facility and best programming available. This also includes physio, AT, Chiro and Sports medicine. Trainers are top notch as well!
Rady JCC Has everything youcould ask for including a salt water pool steam hoops and a track on top ofall the weights and machines.
If NRG athletes had there own table they would have easlily been number one, hands down best place to work out in Winnipeg.

Used to go to Strive, then I tried one session at NRG and found to facility and trainers a lot better! Reached my goals in one month at NRG rather than 3 months at strive

Undefeated CrossFit. The staff are the best educated and certified. Competitive swimming in Canada has moved to a CrossFit approach to our dry land program and no gym is better than Undefeated. Matt Winchar, Wendy Novotny and Dan Peri are the best that there are. Anyone that wants to try CrossFit in the south should try the free class at 9:00 am on Sundays.

Very subjective survey... left a few major gym facilities off the list... is this a survey of a specific size or style of gym? results will be skewed and not give an accurate indication of concensus... some gyms r asking their members to go online and vote.... bogus.
