I voted for 'no'... not really sure if it's accurate. My provider offers a portal, but I don't use it. It's much easier to just call the office.

In my case, my physician offers a portal but I have not used it

Hit and miss... Can't really "do" anything there - i.e. no appts, etc. I can fill out/update some forms, which I guess is nice, but not much more...
