Hankin should have retired at least 25 years ago. The college is a mess and now that he has gone, it is even more obvious of how he led the College-- like a dictator, top-heavy admins who have too much control and no oversight, cronyism, and always when there is a scandal, there is always from him s/t like, "I don't know how that happened!" If only the public knew what really is going on....
