I thought New York was "back to work?" Guess the environmental lobby needs to bully their way into everything to continue the downward spiral of the state. Considering the taxes that the plant paid when it was open, it would be idiotic to not reopen it.

The PSC has already reviewed this. River keeper and Scenic hudson try to prevent people from working again. Start the plant, produce some local, clean, power and put people back to work.
