Are my choices,but although they don't reach the level of excellency of the 3 games i've chosen,the other ones are very good too,especially the Touhouvania games,with the second one being the best of the two.
Lastly,if possible it would be great to have these games released on Steam too.
The BEST picks on this list are:
Genius of Sappheiros. This is easily StrawberryBose's best of the RPGs they've made.
Gensou Shoujo Taisen Scarlet. I'd love to support this series, and getting one would possibly open up getting all four titles.
Tenjou no Tempest. An excellent action platformer.
Other games are great but these are to me, the three best picks based on all games I've played. I also don't believe that IaMP, SWR, Soku, or ULiL should be on the list since they're official games.
Touhou sky Arena looks pretty sweet, you can definitely tell they put a lot f effort into it

I don't understand why Hisoutensoku is in there, but I voted for it anyway.
Touhou Uniting Barrage Action is a game that could be on this list. It's a horizontal shmup in 3D. Also a tip for thoses who want Touhou games Steam, stop asking a competitor store front to put it on there. Try asking, you know, the person who made the games instead.
If you going to publish some of the games, PLEASE get the expansion packs with them or their updated version where they put both base game and expansion pack in one (e.g. Labyrinth of Touhou Special Disc, Touhou Sky Arena -Matsuri-, The Genius of Sappheiros: Weekend). And if you're going to localize Hisoutensoku, you may as well include Scarlet Weather Rhapsody because the former has little content as a stand-alone expansion pack.
Putting these games up on Steam would be really nice.
Are you actually planning on translating the games? If so it would be nice if you could translate ddc cause its a great game
If you guys are wanting to license Hisoutensoku, you're going to have to license Scarlet Weather Rhapsody as well--Hisoutensoku was created an expansion to SWR.

You know, I'm surprised ULiL and Hisoutensoku are being treated as side games, even if Taso did make them. Will their appearance in the west be dependent on this poll? Cause I'd like to throw money at both one day.

It's not that nobody wants to play ULiL, Sukima, it's simply that ULiL does not have good netplay at the moment. The only reason Hisoutensoku was able to remain somewhat popular for so long was because the fans were able to create a program that allowed for rollback netplay with the game. If Tasefro were to step up and assist the fans in creating a similar program for ULiL, I'm sure that it would be a much more popular game.
I do like how Genius of Sappherios and Nightmare of Rebellion are there but no Devil of Decline
Normally I would say ULiL would be the best pick as a new game, but Touhou Hisoutensoku would definitely fit on Steam's collection of fighting games a lot better. People are still playing it years after its release, and I don't know if people will still be playing ULiL after the few months it would take for it to hit steam.

I've never played any of this series but I found Legend of Scarlet Devil Castle: Scarlet Symphony "Touhouvania" the most interesting after seeing it on youtube, it's something I'd buy & enjoy mainly because of its genre & I also loved the sound & visuals. Thank you & good luck ^^
As mentioned by another user, if you bring over Hisoutensoku, make sure you get Scarlet Weather Rhapsody as well. Hisoutensoku itself has a very small number of characters since it's a standalone expansion. The rest are imported from your SWR save.
I have only played the official Touhou games so I can't say much about the games on this list but if Hisoutensoku is coming over, Scarlet Weather Rapsody needs to as well due to the character import function.
I personally would love to see Gensou Shoujo Taisen. We need more games in the style of the Super Robot Taisen series in the West, specially with female heroines. The Super Robot Taisen games have been very lacking in that aspect recently.
Touhou Sky Arena would be a game I would buy. It is very fun and I don't know where to buy it anywhere else.. ULiL should be released regardless. I already got my copy from JBox but its a very important game in the series. Just hoping TSA gets released for the west
While I'm glad there's been additional options added, I'm also a bit annoyed that the other options have essentially got what was a huge jumpstart over those three in votes. Hopefully that gets taken into account later on, I'd love to see Labyrinth of Touhou and Fantasy Maiden Wars brought over.
The Touhouvania games are absolutely fantastic and melds the two styles of games perfectly. Not to mention the soundtrack is equally amazing, so my vote goes for that. Also, as someone else mentioned in the comments, Gensou Shoujo Taisen would also be a pretty cool addition, too. They're pretty awesome games too, and could benefit greatly from a localization to make it more accessible to those with little to no understanding of Japanese.

I own most of those on physical discs already but I would honestly buy all of those again if they were available.
Scarlet Symphony and its sequel Stranger's Requiem are a great options too since they already have English as well as French scripts built in, those probably one of the most accessible options to sell.
But I would also love to see Touhou Puppet Dance Performance [幻想人形演舞] available through this venue, Touhou Rhythm Carnival by the same circle Focas Lens, as well as all four of the Gensou Shoujo Taisen games aka Super Touhou Wars (幻想少女大; 4 games planned, 3 are released, 4th is in the works), Touhou Labyrinth 1 and 2 are also fantastic options too.

2 things :
1- Will these games have an official translation ? Touhou 14 didn't, so I suppose those won't have one either. Taking that into account, Touhouvania would be a better choice, as it already is officially translated. Or eventually New Super Marisa Land, this game doesn't need a translation.
2- Still basing on the assumption they will do the same thing than with Touhou 14 : I really hope it won't be ULiL, because they will probably change some bytes in the game's executable, which will probably break the fanmade translation patch, and I'll have to redo a part of it.
I thought "Derivative works" were basically "fanmade stuff"... If so... how is ULiL a "derivative work"? It's part of the Touhou canon, even if it's "a spin-off".
Anyway, New Super Marisa Land, Touhouvania and Rhythm Carnival are my choices right now =)

I really kinda doubt playism knows the difference between official Touhou games and fangames...
Anyways, any of the official ones would be good. But for some reason I doubt they'll release them in English, just like they did with DDC.
Given that The Nightmare of Rebellion is the third game of a trilogy and the games are at least partially related to each other, I'd want to see the first two games (The Genius of Sappheiros and The Devil of Decline) first.
(But don't get me wrong, I'd love to see all three!)
To be honest I'd be happy with almost anything that actually came with an English translation.
