All sizzle and no steak. Over the past 10 years HIMSS has gotten too big to be effective. Did anyone notice the number of vendor badges compared to the number of provider attendees?

HIMSS was a great success for me as I got to meet with leaders from over 30 clients. The networking with other consulting company executives was also very useful (yes, some of us talk to each other and share observations and trends).
