Yes, it's long over due item needed to be installed to save our precious water supply that people take for granted until they turn on their tap and there is none. What can we do to reverse the situation after there is none to reserve the situation with is where Charlottetown area sits in now. The water meters should be put on all rental units and billed to the Tentant of each unit not the landlord would make them a whole lot more reasonable to watch their water usage as the cost comes out of their pocket not the landlords would make a big difference, too. We were part of this project back in the 90's in Cornwall and we found they would use even more to stop the landlord profits on their rental. It's now or its will be to late to save our water supple for the next generations to come.
