Yes! Of course! I am one of them at GRMC. The pleasure I have had meeting with my new coworkers, doctors, nurses, administration, all of us already have become a family there. We are many talented people from many places, with fresh ideas, and with our mother hospital Medical City. We will give the best to our patients, and help them as oartners in their care. The staff has been preparing for a lng time for this time! The building, the equipment, the staff will shake the island in giving good care! Yes many rumos about our place! None are true! When you come into your new hospital and see the smiles and caring feeling. You will be secure in knowing that you receive the best care anywhere.

It seems like a lot of you guys are not satisfied with GMH. Give GRMC a chance to prove that their Patients are their partners. Experience the healing approach of all the employees from the reception to the billing department or from admission to discharge.

Don't get me wrong, many nurses at GMH are caring but the customer service, the one at the desks in the ER, they are slow. And at the registration area, they improved a little bit.

They should hire those experienced and hardworking doctors and nurses from Philippines or from other countries. Moreover ER at GMH is terrible.

The new facility has a lot to offer. Mostly new staffs who had education and trainings from different hospital set up and school. Would definitely say yes it will be a huge contribution for the improvement of healthcare in Guam.

The new hospital should hire a new staff, nurses & trained them about customer service. If GRMC hired nurses from GMH, then I don't think there is much difference at all. Staff & nurses from GMH doesn't know anything about customer service.
