last night and this afternoon seen a video clip going around a bout flooding so bad on hotel road that they brought in a large truck with a lot of holes to suck up the water from the streets, but watching the video and following the holes look to me as if the water was being drain or suck from the streets and plumped back into the beach area, that's again show you our government that you care about the people, people not from here, why would you or anyone dump that shit into our waters
    Just asking, and just saying

I was driving to work at big navy yesterday and if I had not had my high beams on, I would have hit the bubbling cauldron called the manhole cover in front of Ben Franklin.. It was about 330 am and the water was blowing out the holes like it was a lava flow.. One of my female coworkers drives the same route and she said she had hit the open manhole thereby destroying one of her tires.. Will GovGuam cover the cost of the tire caused by the open man hole cover? I think not because they even have problems covering the holes on along Marine Corps drive.

Do you think GovGuam needs to do more to prevent and mitigate flooding? YES!

Will GovGuam actually do something about it? NO!

To prevent and mitigate flooding (specifically in Tumon) will require a major infrastructure overhaul of the sewer system costing thousands of dollars.

Where will that money come from? Your guess is just as good as mine.

GovGuam is so deep in a debt hole that they are scrounging around for every penny they can find just to put in THEIR pockets.
