    In summary
    Water Service- POOR
    Water line and equipment-Antique
    Water Bill-Outrageous and beyond.
Government_ SUCKS and I meant they suck money from the customer to pay for their ignorance and unprofessional ways of resolving the islands needs.

Really people of Guam. Wake up you have a beautiful island yet treat the place like a waste zone - rubbish dumped everywhere cause you won't pay $30 a month for a bin. You waste water cause you won't fix a leak, waste and pollute the air (through producing electricity) because you insist on running every a/c all the time at the lowest temperature. Complain about health bills because you won't buy health insurance or exercise. Yet everyone has a nice new car. Get your priorities right.

To: Nosdak..there could possibly be an plumbing leak. Have your house plumbing checked out, it could save you hundreds $$ in future water bills

I live in a three bedroom house in mangilao and pays $200 and more everymonth. Payment got higher after they changed my meter to a new meter which was suppose to be accurate GWA staff's said. My lalst bill came in was $400 some dollars and when I asked why they said there's a possible leak inthe housse. Years before they changed my meter, i was only paying fifty up to seventy dollars. I have my own septic tank for the house and I really don't know why my bill is very high. I've talked to customer service many times already but nothing happen they want me to consult with a plumber or hire a leak specialist, They stick to their notiion that theirs a leak.. So, my next option is to move out and leave my quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
