Create two new school districts and dissolve east ramapo. Call it the New Square School District and the Spring Valley School District. If they want segregation, give it to them and let them pay for it!

Dissolve the district and redistribut the kids to the surrounding districts. Redraw the school district lines and levy the respective property taxes from the new districts.The teachers can reapply for jobs in the districts and accept the contract terms of that district.
Instant diversity. Instant improved education for the kids. Instant increased property values for the homeowners. And instant fair share taxes to be paid by the private school population who have enjoyer depressed school taxes for years.
