When tire companies can set up shop along marine drive corps without a building or rest rooms or have nog compliance with tire disposals, I thing epa's is either incompetent or corrupt. It is called squatter business. Check it out, between dededo and yigo.

How anybody can have confidence into GEPA's administering its duties is beyond my understanding. This agency is run by a chairman who represents a wellknown banker, the Governor's family, large business plus some minor stockholders. Then a democrat senator moved the administring of the Revolving Recycling Fund from DPW to GEPA. Finally our elected auditor is pointing out the misuse of said fund depite her plead to a federal judge to hand over the reigns of administering our new landfill including the waste collecting to such people like GEPA. Let's make sure that the handling of solid waste will not end up in local government hands.
