It's all hype. Because they can't handle HL7 natively, it makes working with them a challenge.

I'm always amazed at how effective sales people who use Salesforce are with their follow-ups. Salesforce can bring their CRM approach to the "patient engagement" component of population health mgmt to better help patients adhere to clinical guidelines.
