GPA, another govguam agency filled with incompetent leadership and poor management skills, the CCU is another joke with the poor leadership of Simon Sanchez, they pat themselves on the back for a poor job well done. They are legends in there own mind! John Benevente was at GPA during the Guitirez load shedding days, it doesn't matter which political party is in office, they are all the same, how can I line my pockets! Corruption is alive and well on Guam, the local and U.S. AG never prosecute the big fish, they only go after the little fish that is not connected. It makes you wonder about them too? Who's bed are they in? We are no better then, saddam or Isis, it's just our dictators wear a tie and constantly lie behind our backs. BEWARE FOR THEY ARE WOLFS IN SHEEPS CLOTHS. But we are also to blame for not holding them accountable and re-electing them again and again. EVIL PROVALES WHEN GOOD MEN DO NOTHING

you would think that we moved forward for the better! but, i guess we took steps the other way. i think this is the same CCU group from the last load shedding days!

the CCU never had answers but only excuses to the growing problems with Guam's utilities. why do they exist? do we need to pay for people to recognize the problems? we need to pay people to solve problems! Terminate the CCU Board.

    VERY INCOMPETENT!

Incompetent. The only thing they are good at is raising rates. Reduce costs .... what's that ????? They all should be fired.

The fact that GPA did not have a reliable back up system is a failure in it's self , the preventative maintenance is sorely lacking in not just GPA but in many Gov Guam agencies . It's interesting to see there are no problems with finding money for their own inflated pay checks but finding and funding the maintenance and emergency back up systems of our critical infrastructure is always forgotten with little regard to the impact such will have to the public and business's on island . Priorities are misplaced in a purposeful agenda to benefit a few that creates a magnet /influx of nepotism in and around all Gov Guam agencies . when the top officials are busy with new personal projects there will never be a maintained infrastructure . So this will always happen even with new generators , no back up plan , no working back up generators etc.. It's always the same blow the cash while they have it and when it's gone and poopoo hits the fan , they will scratch their heads and figure something out after . Pathetic .

If they were into their job, like visiting job sites, I see problems would be less.Never mind other people have that responsibility. when the big boss shows face it changes the picture!
