Any one insisting that politicians controlling tax refunds should have their head examined. No one should have any authority over such issue...yes, the Returns. They had already used our money that IS ours then they are going to dictate when we get it back? How sick can one get? Those funds were earned not stolen, loaned or given. Its no one's but the true owner. Get it?
This guy... Another typical politician. First he fights against the paying out of tax refunds on time and then when he is forced by the fed courts to pay out the tax refunds he credits himself and his admin (even speaking of it as an accomplishment during his election campaign) for doing the right thing for the people and paying out their tax returns. Then when re-elected he proceeds (behind the back of the people mind you) to give all his politician buddies pay raises with no regard for the budget and where the money will come from. Now back to square one and once again he's fighting against the paying out of the tax refunds on time and the cycle repeats. Its infuriating how our people will vote for the same career politicians over and over no matter how many times and how bad they **** up. SADNESS!

It's just like the dump. The only reason it's closed is because the federal court ordered it closed. As for taxes the same thing the only reason refunds are paid is because the federal court ordered it. Nothing would get done if. Calvo and govguam were expected to do it on its own. Gwa is another perfect example . Calvo thinks it's smart to borrow Guam into debt to pay back what was not govt money in the first place . But that is the logic of a moron , like getting a new credit card to pay one already maxed out- duh
How much did Calvo law firm make on the first appeal and this one?
