Not sure how I feel about Adventure Time getting so many votes. For a children's show (arguably it could be said that it's aimed at more mature audiences) that has such simple character designs any fan art would have to differ greatly from the source material (unless you like the original art style, then keep it that way). Putting the art aside, the show itself supposed to be family oriented and I guess I feel that the subsequent fan art should maintain some of that semblance of innocence. Maybe I'm a prude.
Anyway, here are some ideas I came up with.
Jack x Miranda from Mass Effect (less of a yuri pairing than a fan service cat fight): The super aggressive biotic experiment Jack and the genetically modified Cerberus cheerleader Miranda Lawson are far beyond insults and have turned their normal verbal sparring into an actual physical brawl. Miranda stands above Jack, her superior Cerberus training overpowering the normally violent Jack as the Cerberus elite operative's martial prowess gives her the upper hand over Jack's brute force brawling style. Miranda has Jack's back pinned on top of a crate as Jack struggles with arms and legs to get some leverage. Miranda has both of Jack's wrists gripped in each hand though Jack has a solid grip on a handful of Miranda's hair in one fist. One of Jack's legs is wrapped around Miranda's waist while Miranda pins the other leg against the crate with her thigh and pelvis preventing Jack's attempt at a body scissors maneuver. Jack's normally sparse clothing is torn completely from her body while Miranda's iconic skintight Cerberus body suit is ripped from the upper half of her body, only the bottom part is left clinging to her now infamous backside. Sparks of bright energy surround them as their biotic abilities overwhelm and cancel each other out.
In Gyu Yoo (Queen) x Lee Moon Young from Girls of the Wild's (another cat fight pairing): As they are both mixed martial artists, I envision a brutal match that has culminated in Queen attempting to apply an arm bar to Lee Moon Young. Of course during the course of this fight neither of their shirts survived intact. We see Queen and Moon Young both on their backs on the mat, one of Moon Young's arms gripped tightly in Queen's hands. Queen has Moon Young's arm trapped between her thighs and she's drawing it down towards her chest. Both of Queen's legs are pressed down on Moon Young's upper body but Moon Young has managed to free her other arm and is using her hands like vices to grip each other and prevent Queen from completing the painful submission hold. Both are breathing hard, sweating profusely, exhausted, and determined to win.

Jean Grey (Phoenix) x Emma Frost (White Queen) from X-Men: A non-canon pairing.
Jubilee x X-23 from X-Men: Another non-canon pairing. Jubilee actually described licking Laura's neck as gross. But they're so cute together! In case you haven't been keeping up with the comics, Jubilee lost her powers during M-Day and later became a vampire. Laura Kinney (X-23) is a clone of Wolverine who was raised and trained to be an assassin. You can probably take the fact that Jubilee's a vampire and just run with it from there.

Soi Fon and Yoruichi would make a fine pairing. I also agree with some of having Korra x Asami be added to a future poll. Some other Yuri pairings that I would love see done by Sakimichan, here is my list:

Much as Zelda and Sheik in a metaphysical scene does appeal, Dragon's Crown has been quite excellent (Elf is highest) and the Elf and Sorceress is something I wish to see in Sakimichan's style :3

SO many good pairings :,) id love the double morrigan so much but the yoruichixsoifon and sorceressxarcher are too good!
