cameras installed thru out the island not only schools, where all the crimes have taken placed. the gpd r not god & can't be there at all places @ 1-time. everyone knows where the high crime areas r. we need cameras not police officers. it should be maintain by a private firm/contractor 24-7. not overpaid gov't of guam officers. sepre broke ie gabetno!

Yes and No. Having cameras would actually have students on alert that they are being watched and if an incident occurs then the footage would show who were involved and faster action would be taken. No because what is camera going to do to stop fights unless they are fully monitored.

Who will be monitoring these security cameras? No use having these cameras if no one is seriously monitoring the schools through these camera's. What are the protocols ?
