Where are the cops when you need them is so often the question in ones mind when something goes array. I see a lot of drivers abusing the laws of the road, either speeding, illegal passing, using cell phones, etc.etc. But wait, I know where some of them are, they are pulling you over driving up a hill. Why? Why would a cop pull you over driving up a hill, of course you have to press the gas pedal to get momemtum, but nooo the cop calls that speeding, really? I suggest you cops go back to training and get off your power trip!!!
Perhaps if the criminal justice system would view drug use/abuse & dependency as a public health issue as opposed to a criminal issue, that would free up much needed manpower and resources to fight "real" crime... ...the best and brightest of the CJS are members of www.LEAP.cc

Well folks I can't complaint about a tax refund because I have to pay every year. Now the Police with the sub standard training that was recently discovered by the COP. You wonder what else is not to standards with our local government. Very true it's who you know and not what you should know. Sorry GovGuam thanks goodness I have never worked in GovGuam oh and BTW what's with our Power system. I left Guam many years ago and can remember Load Shedding came back and it is 2015 here we go again more Load Shedding. What a Deal. Senators haven't done much either. Same all, same all.
Who's policing the greedy government officials ? Simon Sanchez repair is delayed , DOE security systems delayed , GPA generators shutting down , Mass transit vehicles parked in a lot , tax refunds haven't been full paid , legislature passing bills for their pet projects , Governor passing bills for his pet projects and Gov Guam had no money ! OMG !! Dysfunctional corrupted and delusional . Thanx Gov Guam .

Police officers now a days are scary, cuz you see them at the small mom n pops stores buying those little pills for stamina, hard ons, pleasure. In the middle of the day what the hell your Suppose to be working on protecting the island. Not the one in your pants.

This island never change the corrupt system since late 60's and who you know in the government position. I wish the federal government investigate the whole system or take over the island.
Some guam police officers are very hard working and really do care about the community and the people.but there's those bad apples who take there job as a joke.

I can go days without seeing a police officer on the road. Our leaders are concerned about public safety like they are about our debt and education.
The whole Guam justice system is based on the who you know system. Look at the cop killer who is out free!!!!
