Olly Martins is just like any other politician only interested in himself and what he can get, he is probably involved with big business hence the idea of sponsorship, also his threats to prosecute everyone by using the speed cameras on the M1 to generate revenue would appear to prove his involvement with the newly exposed scam that the police have been blackmailing drivers into "awareness training" instead of points and a fine so they can pocket the cash to the tune of £54 million pounds, its time Olly Martins and his cronies were sacked having cost taxpayers already with his failed attempt during recent elections to increase council tax.

i totally agree Bedford police are terrible. all they are good for is harassment and not getting anything solved.

I think the beds police are terrible they just want to make more money and take more money away from the working class by implementing silly things like cameras on the M1 and now sponsorship? this is ridiculous David Cameron had already stated that beds police have enough budget the same they have been surviving on so tell Mr Olly to leave it out if he wants cuts CUT THE OFFICERS!and stop making working class people pay! why doesn't get the money from the high class in society? put a tax on rich? not a tax on the poor! and maybe if Bedford police even did a good job they would get a bigger budget but they don't so they don't deserve one.
