I don't like to create words out of acronyms. I still remember when I first joined WebMD, I couldn't figure out what everyone was talking about when they kept saying, "earl". I finally figured that was how they pronounced URL! so it must be H. I. S. talk.
If you are politically correct, as we all must be today, it must be H-I-S talk, unless of course you are a certain presidential candidate, then you can call it whatever you want.

I pronounce it Hiss-talk. Hizz-talk sort of implies there should be a Her-talk.
I came from the Hospital Information System days where I called it HIS as in "hiss." So I would say "HissTalk." I am trainable and can call it whatever is right.
Hiss-talk.
