This article is written as if U of M is the only university in Montana. Maybe the tribune should compare both sides of the story. Montana State has seen a huge increase in every department. With college tuition becoming increasingly more expensive, it is expected that high school graduates will utilize their tuition more effectively and search out a degree that will benefit them greater than a liberal arts degree. STEM careers are needed in tomorrow's world, not art teachers.
