What it all boils down to is that no one can expect to have any privacy when they are in public.

Public officials are employees of the people. Unfortunately, most of the individual forget get this soon after they are sworn. They are, as per political theory, charged with protecting the people via the US and NYS Constitution and the laws of NYS. Unfortunately, most law makers such as Serino have failed at this miserably.

Public officials love to video citizens. They seem to have cameras watching us everywhere, but they would love to be off limits, they even try to make laws prohibiting the videoing of them. They would have no problem putting a citizen in jail for the simple act of videoing them.

Not everyone can make the meeting and technology help more people see what government is doing or not doing. I support video taping.
