The roads are not well marked, they could always add paint or more reflectors on the road so you can see which lane you're in. At night with oncoming traffic I have to slow down even more just to make sure I'm not in their lane or the ditch. I'm a safe driver but I don't want to be a scared driver. Scared drivers cause more accidents. And please repave roads fully, not just patches here and there. I drive a truck and no matter how careful I am I always slip on the coral. And all the potholes are ruining my cars. Some of us already do what we can to improve our driving to keep ourselves and others safe on the roads. It's time the government gives back to the people so they can get around safely.

Impaired driving include over the counter and prescription medications. Impaired driving is talking on your cell, and music volume to high. Impaired driving is just driving on Guam roads. Impaired driving behind a low rider that stips for every little bump. The list goes on, never can it be prevented.
