NO to any high rise hotels anywhere in the south. Keep Southern Guam tranquil and beautiful. Use a different method to create jobs other than building another giant hotel. Inn by the Bay is a great example of how to develop without destroying the landscape.

Ok 1st of all it can generate more work for infrastructure 2nd more opportunity for the people of guam. 3rd more economy? No why? Because this is an island. We already have a lot of hotels in tumon. If we're gonna change something or add something to the island. It should be the parks and recreation add more tourist spot more camping camp more adventure for the kids and not a hotel.
I always loved to the sleepy south , there's a natural beauty to it but if everyone on Guam wants to pour concrete on every inch of this island then go for it . Screw the natural beauty of a tropical island , concrete jungle is the way to go . No more beautiful sleepy south ? That's ok , I can always leave for my second home Hawaii , the rest of you can bake on top of all the concrete . Being born ,bred , and raised here I'm ashamed of all the crap that continues to plague my island . There's no " protect and promote " the natural beauty of this island , just "we need more money please pour concrete here " and receive a QC while your at it . There's no thinking outside the box , just mindless greedy corrupt progress .
