Americorps should be represented by Americans.

1.Stop migrants from coming into Guam.
2.Take care of migrants we have on Island.
    3.Filter out bad migrants.
4.Deport migrants to lessen problems with budget.

Your opinion, joseph mendiola, reeks with bigotry and racism.
Please explain your "firm opinion" as to why we are not qualified to join

Few of our non-immigrant sons and daughters are presently serving in Afghanistan putting up their lives for the common goal that you and me will live in PEACE. Giving the chance to our non-immigrant to help our brothers and sisters here on Guam the chance to show how we can do, at least a small token to help the people in our communities here in our great Island of Guam. Vice Speaker B.J Cruz is a great wise man, along with Congresswoman Madeline Bordallo were elected by the people of Guam to serve our people and I applause their wise leadership. Lets put our hands together and remember that we are all one and that we shared one common goal to live in PEACE and HARMONY.

My firm opinion is that Americorps be limited to U.S. Citizens membership. If anyone wants to join they have to be such. Period.
