If the Attorney General is unable to put aside her personal feelings towards the Governor, then it will be necessary to hire an independent prosecutor. We, the people of Guam, voted for the Attorney General so that she can ENFORCE THE LAWS and if the Governor, his legal advisor committed an illegal act then the AG should DO HER JOB and have them prosecuted. NO ONE is above the law, not even Governor Calvo. And now by giving these employees another check (Bogus)and then giving it back is NOT the same as paying back the actual money. Please AG, DO THE RIGHT THING, DO THE JOB you were voted in to do! Have the Governor do community service if need be, BUT DO SOMETHING, PLEASE!!!
yes but it will be at our costs. We will pay for it and its not cheap. if so they should just signed the bonus checks to the appointed prosecutor....at the end of the day, we will pay. its our money anyways that the government plays with. Ai adai.

President Nixon was brought forth with impeachment articles by congress, because eventually he admitted that he was aware and technically authorized the Water Gate scandal. That he lied to the people of a crime was his actual crime. Today we have our very own scandal and the governor keeps lying and is now covering up this $800,000 illegal payout. We need a special prosecutor to determine if a crime has been committed by the governor where impeachment is an option. So my answer to this question is yes.

yes! lets not sweep this under the rug. The taxpayers will once again be footing the bill for the benefit of a few.

Really?...I am more concerned as to how much all this will cost us in the long run. Of course the Governor is not going to the legislature to grovel for money, the AG followed up her opinion with disagreeing with the Governor's payback scheme, and now Sen. Cruz wants a public auditor to audit this fiasco. Waste of money that could have been handled with the parties involved meeting to come up with something more amicable than this public DRAMA.
Wow!...and the hits just keep on coming. The AG is there to guide the Governor and our People. Not sure what Gadao is talking about but she IS doing her job. To the Governor: Do what is right. You know what is right. Does your people love mammon that much? As the saying goes Governor, "Let your conscience be your guide". What do you think Governor?, will you do the right thing?

During her campaign, she was so critical of Lenny. I guess it's easier said than done. Last but not the least, she should step down. She has already failed US voters and taxpayers.

Yes. Per AG, she has a lot on her plate, thus, needs help.
