I use a space heater to minimize my heat bills by containing the use to a smaller area in severe cold times, to get the chill out or an emergency . The thing is that I see a lot of places people that have little or no heat in their apartments or rooms & the space heaters are a necessity unfortunately. They are not as safe as the regular primary heat & dangerous around children.
