Mrs. AG, and her entire office FAILED the Berg family!!!!! Tracey R. Scaggs/Berg (my sister) was murdered on the island of Guam on June 23, 1987. Her case remained "cold" until my wife and I began working on the case again around July, 2010. My wife and I poured our life, marriage, and souls into trying to resolve the case. There was a person arrested, and detained on Guam Island to be held responsible, and accountable for MURDERING my sister. The AGs Office was given this case to prosecute the person responsible for MURDERING my sister. there had been 2 separate deputy AG prosecutors assigned to this case, upon which 1 of them FAILED to do his job as said prosecutor. My mother, wife, and myself spent over $30,000.00 to fly to Guam to see, and try to understand why the AGs Office WAS NOT doing their job(s), and prosecuting the person that was being detained for alleged crime?! The person was eventually released from Guam jail, because the judge had ordered the case to be "dismissed without prejudice", which allowed the person to be released from Guam jail, and return to the Main Land. The Berg family was devastated by this of course, but we were promised by the AGs Office that this case is far from being over, and that the AGs Office will be pursuing a new indictment, and that the AGs Office would probably achieve this within 6 month's. It has now been sum 20 month's since the Berg family was told this by the AGs office, and NOTHING has happened YET!!!! The Berg family is very perplexed and very disappointed by the AGs office not doing what the Berg family was told by them. The Berg family has been LIED TO on so many complex levels concerning this case that we have lost count. How does the AGs office expect the Berg family to have ANY confidence in the AGs office when EVERYTHING has been a LIE? So what has the AGs office done for the Berg family? NOTHING
Just the same old song and dance. Mrs.AG,be mindful that I didn't vote for you & i was right then. But regardless,you are still bound to serve and answer to the people. So in my opinion, you have failed us. We do not want someone telling us that your plate is full. But, I still have hope in you to do your task & to serve us. Peace to you

Oh yeah. Vote for Louisa Muna too cause her beauty, last job as a DJ and songstress makes her qualified too nai'. Voters on Guam are shallow like this and besides, they may be better than those retar, ,treads Rory, Tina MB, Judi Won Pat, BJ, and Tom Adas.
So what exactly did this current AG do this past year? What did she get done for the interest of the people who elected her?
To AG: You can redeem yourself, prosecute those who violate the law, including the Gov. No one is above the law, so you must uphold it.
