As a ratepayer myself, I am appalled at some of the decisions made without the consent of the PEOPLE. Much needed input from the ratepayer's before decisions are made would be appreciated. I do believe GPA & GWA alike have Manager's, Administrator's and Supervisor's which can make executive decisions based on the needs of the consumer's. I think that the commissioner's positions should be abolished being that there are already skilled people working for these entities why PAY more for people to just sit and point fingers!
I agree with Bernie duenas and sanchez think they know what it takes to run water works and gpa both these entities have a general manager and yet duenas has is nose in everthing . i think all these boards are a waist of tax payers money and let these general manager run there deapartments and if they don't know how fire them. duenas should lower our fuel for all tax payer who pay for gpa's fuel consuption.
These guys are nothing but a waste of time and money. Bunch of clowns making top dollars to decide for GPA and GWA. Why hire a general manager if he or she can't decide for their own? Leaches!
