HOTEL COLLECTION? TAX REBATE AND GEDA TAX INCENTIVE? JUST TAX THE JOB LESS INCOME LESS LOOKING FOR JOBS THEY JUST NEED TO SURVIVE, HAVE YOU SEEN THE TOURIST THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN US. THEY ESCAPE A VACATION TO GUAM. CAN AFFORD THE EXPENSIVE HOTELS OR GET A ROOM ON PEAK HOLIDAYS. THE HOTELS ARE DOING FINE. WHAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT IS TO HAVE THE GOVGUAM HELP BY NOT LEACHING OF THE BUDGET AND CREATING A DEBT TO UNFORGIVING DITCH. WE ARE DIGGING DEEPER.

More affordable rooms, and packages for middle income people, Hotel rates too high, and allot of them are not worth the money. A bit dated, dirty and very used.
Make it easier for the common people to partake it the tourism industry; only the elite and rich partake. And you will not have this problem.
There is nothing wrong with this. People do it all the time here in the states. For example, during the Master's Golf Tournament in Augusta, Ga. People rent their house during the Masters week for a hefty price, untaxed. Homeowners use this money to pay for their vacation and much more. Those complaining should quit crying and mind their own business (no pun intended.)

Have you investigated other countries doing underground tourism on Guam, like China, Japan, Philippines, etc.

Not as concerned as the pay raises for above ground GovGu officials and their political supporters. The people of Guam now serves the Government as GovGu provides less and less.
