I have debated about whether to leave this comment, but decided to do it. I have enjoyed/loved this website for years and smiled as it grew. It was heartwarming to learn more about you and see your children travel and, truly, grow up with you. The BUT you hear coming is this: during the past many months, I have been disappointed in your reviews as being too, too positive, particularly in the case of SilverSea. This may be "just the way it is," but I had not realized that early on. Perhaps I don't understand the full picture and there is no other way to maintain your site, but the change has disappointed me and I am much less likely to read your (SilverSea) reviews in detail. Because of this, I would choose to read and respond in other forums.
No disrespect to the bracelet comment above but there is surely a need for a 'high end' cruise forum as those that currently are available have limited appeal to the more expensive cruise world - particularly here in the UK.

Unless the forums can reach some critical mass - which I think will take many years they probably will not add much to the existing Cruise Critic forums. I think that cruse line and port reviews might be useful.

We love to cruise, and any information that helps us make the best decisions on locations and cruise lines would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Ralph!

Probably would not participate, as I have yet to take a cruise. But tips from those who have I would appreciate and read.

I would like to hear about excursions, positive experiences, ships & their staffs. As a traveler, I like to experience 'authentic' foods, activities, and local cultures.

Safety and positive comments are the most important aspects for me if you designed a forum

Will love to hear first hand from other travelers on routes under consideration.

I respect the veracity of your reports and the enthusiasm with which you approach every trip. It would be great to have your readers share their positive experiences or ask pertinent questions. We do not need another forum for petty gripes!

Probably not; there are so many other forums out there, and to be frank the cruise lines you feature are too high-end cost-wise for me.
Yes, except when we're traveling
Enjoy your columns
besides the standard comments, I really need detailed emotional comments about which Land tours to take as well as discounts offered.
I would be interested how many forum categories you would have and if moderated.
