A Second Opinion is frequently prudent. But.... THREE..?!! It's amazing how freely this mayor appears to be spending taxpayer dollars so irresponsibly. Especially in view of the fact that from all reports Wilmington is already deeply in the red which makes this outrageous. Perhaps the mayor is just trying to find someone whose results more closely agrees with his pre-determined ideas?!!

The city should have researched into Ramsey's background to see how many lawsuits he had against him.
he has several pending in Pa. All of his law suits were for Civil Rights Violations. Why was he fired in Chicago and D.C? His recommendations will probably cost the some lawsuits.

He could not do a damn thing in pa. what the hell do you think he can do here, what we need is to keep the bad ass people in the jail, then they cant do the stuff that they do over and over and over. put them from day one, and dont say no room, there is lots of room, TENT CITY, TENT CITY TENT CITY, and dont give a damn about there rights,they gave that up when they did what they do.where is our rights, to live with out fer, what about that.
