I really don't care where is the carnival is going to be as long the people don't drink and fight when there is beer
Lol .. Who cares where the carnival is located at , nobody cares , nobody really goes to the carnival anymore. The same old games , the same old gambling crap , the same old food , not much has changed over the years has it ?
In 2016, there's no reason why the Carnival SHOULDN'T be held at Paseo in the aftermath of FestPac. After all, wasn't the possibility of future events the reason for the ridiculous permanent hut structures?
If the Carnival would be run as a long-term, successful, and growing annual event, best to remove it from the authority of the MCOG. The legal entity in charge of the Carnival has yet to be determined for its legality.
I always thought it was best when it was at Ypao beach.
Guam law contemplates that Paseo will be the first choice for the carnival's location.
Paseo is the right and perfect location for any big festival that showcases the beautiful live and heritage of the Chamorro people.
It doesn't matter where the carnival will be held. It'll never compare to the Yigo Amusement Park oh, so long ago.
