Oh did you know Calvo is still making millions in interest on the landfill land ? That's why they keep stalling and throwing lawsuits around to stall and keep the interest piling up before Gov Guam is forced to pay , by the time they pay for that land it would cost 10 x the original amount , like Cortech getting paid 10 x the amount for a refurbished barracks made into a school . Lol !!! Sneaker dirty Rats !

FesPac short 2M, GMH can't pay its retirement ibligation nor its vendors, CLT gas no money to pay surveyors, 53M in yet to be paid tax refunds, DOE unable to open additional head start sites, unable to its vendors, public running red lights because there is not enough policemen, self-awarded pay raises even after public outrage to repeal, lame-dock administration posturing for business opportunities in the construction field etc. the litany of liabilities versus the public's expectation of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, does not appear to be a balanced outlook. The only out is to pack up and leave, rather than have two generations of my children pay the piper whose eminent arrival bides omenous disaster to our island and the welfare of our people. This is not a doom and gloom outlook, but a cautious look at options to pursue if worse does come to worse. I feel sorry for the next governor. He will be faced with a sleeping giant if public mistrust, readily to protest the ills we will be facing. What's more to boot, a divided church with disgruntled sheep feeling helpless and at the will of a suspect archbishop. Will we as a people endure? Absolutely, but not without great sacrifice and burdens not bourn by the rich, but by the rest of us.
There's nothing left to leverage to borrow again from the bond market to pay for tax refunds. GovGu is so deep in debt, it's just a matter of time now when it'll eventually become insolvent and will require the Feds to intervene. The whole GovGu budget practically only serves GovGu while Taxpayers end up paying higher fees, taxes and for bloated and inefficient GovGu agencies and employees. Add to that, rampant corruption, mismanagement, poor decisions and plain don't-care attitude from our leaders have put us where we are today--cash crunch!
