Kendra's Facebook page is an alias page, this means she (or he) is basically an employee in Adelup and they are just making sure their boss looks good in these polls. What she (or he) fails to realize is that the fiscal condition of the island is much worse today then it was when Carl Guitterez was Governor. They failed to realize that the governments budget is almost at $1B today, and it was merely $300K in December 2002 ($600K in December 2010). Yet we have the same number of employees, same degree of school buses, police cars, and other resources. The problem we have is that spending on contracts and loans is out of control. What she does not even realize is that $17M was just paid to SelectCare without Legislative approval. She (or he) does not even know that GMH has written off millions of debts to SelectCare in the last 5 years. They fail to accept that $800K was illegally paid to staffers and the stories (hence transparency) on what was being paid kept changing as quick as a kids diapers are changed (not to mention the substance of the story equated to the reasons that diapers are changed in the first place. There is so much Kendra fails to realize, but that is fine, because she got the illegal raise, her (or his) job is to work on beautification projects, and while she (or he) doesn't like it, they will be forced to support Ray Tenorio in 2018, and they are aware that he is not to be trusted and is far from being a governor.

People obviously don't remember how bad it was when Gutierrez was Governor. There were payless paydays, schools had no textbooks, there were no disconnect lists, resources being used for personal homes and a whole laundry list of corruption everywhere in the Government. This Governor has been upfront and open about everything that has happened since taking office. I do see alot of positive changes with Calvo as Governor. We used to wait two years for our tax refunds. Now we complain and expect it right away.

Calvo's 2nd term finally showed his true intention--take from the masses and give to the few. It gets worse as he nears the end of his term. He's a much worse choice than Carl.

As an outsider I have seen a great change with the government since I have lived here in Guam. I think government agencies have improve, they provide great service, the staff are competent, and they always answer my questions, go out of their way to help. The parks are clean, attractive, and the bathrooms have toilet paper witch the prior administration couldn't manage. The government are holding accountable the tax dodgers, I think they should a hot line to report tax dodgers. Roads are being fix, old buildings are being erected. Tumon is looking good with new landscape and paint. Tax refunds are being paid maybe a little slow but not years behind, Hagatna is being develop with the new museum. if only they could make Chamorro village more attractive, perhaps they need to hire someone with experience to develop, huge opportunity there not being pursued in the area. My comments is what, I see I am sure there is more. Great job Governor Calvo and your team.

i have to be honest i think he has financially ruined our island and yet he is still pushing for more loans /bonds to help fund GMH and the rest for tax returns and pay roll. Pathetic and clueless , he doesn't care as long as it benefits the Calvo family business . When Guam goes bankrupt I bet his family will rush in to play savior and steal more more from us . Lol. Thanks gov Guam !

I rate his performance at a C, only because his priorities on important issues have changed. Issues important to the people no longer are. Priorities shifted from the people to my people.A

Gov. Cavo.s support of an incinerator clearly shows that he has no clue about the financial, environmental and health issues related to an incinerator.
