Concerned Citizen......stop being concerned
I have zero confidence in Guam's AG in prosecuting those responsible for this clearly illegal act. Corruption prevails again to enrich only those at the top and connected, all at the expense of the powerless masses. It won't be long before Guam will face the very same predicament Puerto Rico is in--bankruptcy. GovGuam has gotten bigger and bigger, has become a formidable force, too expensive to sustain, and primarily serves themselves and a few politically connected who gets elected each and every election. Living beyond its means will lead to Guam's financial doom. The final nail to the coffin is the $1.2B in unfunded retirement liability that will eventually come due. Unfortunately, it'll be our children, grandchildren, great grand children and future generation that will pay and suffer for today's misdeeds.
