Hair folical test means an off island source completes drug testing which also means 90% less corruption!
Better solution than we have now! None! I cannot live to see Guam Government employees high on drugs at work. With my luck they kill me with the flip of a switch.

Wake up number, why am I bad for government employees? Why do do you say such things? Are you afraid to say what is on your mind? Are you afraid to speak the truth. You must be comfortable giving your money away to the corruption and terrible Senators who together just spend your money for themselves and their relatives! I hope I get caught soon then all the elected will know where the Extra 50,000 votes came from to get rid of the political scum came from and you know we didn't have to pay a single penny for one vote. Registered voters are already tripled in number. Get rid of Barnes, Rodriguez, Ada's, Wil Castro, McGreedy, Won Pot. This keep us from having life time criminals like Calvo in office for 30 years and cannot even close a single landfill on his own. Oh wait didn't he ha make 26 million off of us already!

Money from MessPack! since they claim we will get millions! I don't understand how when they live in our schools and have a 9pm curfew. Haha yes for drug test across the board we just need to make sure our crookament, I mean government will have enough staff to remain operational after the results are released :P

And where will the money to fund Drug Testing come from? Just asking

Random drug testing has so many flaws, it might work elsewhere but not here. Gpa had a random testing done sometime last year. One of the supervisors warns his employees and on the day of the test he calls in sick. By the time he returns to work the drugs are out of the system.

Fellow Drunk l agree with you about the Government Fraud Hotline way back. I myself had called and sent photo, that the Hotline got so hot ..the person on the other end when on vacation. They're are a lot's off government abused in the government. Even supervisor or (boss) taken to much fraud, but the (Indian's) see's it but don't reported. Good luck for you (bad) government employees, you will be caught soon.

You will never beat the Government system. Just accept the fact that everyone that works for the government is related somehow. The person that is giving the test knows who uses drugs and will never administer the test to that individual. Pare/Malie is in place and will not be broken by anyone. Government of Guam needs to follow the way the military administers the test (unannounced and by percentage). What is the government going to do when someone in the government comes hot but, to that individual to clean and will inform that individual when the next is scheduled. The solution that I've seen done is to inform the individual to resign and wait maybe a month and then allowed than individual to come back.

Oh yeah, I remeber when our friend Frank Calvo told us about this one. We walked down to take a look for ourselves and tried to call the Guam Government fraud hotline. All we could get was and answering machine and if you leave your name and number they will call us back. That check is still in the mail! It was even reported to Guam PDN and a picture sent, which is what was asked for by the PDN. No one at the PDN or Guam Government seems to care and they all just plain play the I am dumb game. So how will urine tests solve this problem? Sounds like folical tests are the way to go to ensure that we are safe so that we don't have to worry about any corruption by anyone!

There are people in Guam Government positions that already take drug test, because they are on some sort of second chance program that magically pass urinalysis. How are random urinalysis tests going to solve the problem. Hair Folical tests are the most accurate, they ensure that a sample is no taken from somewhere or someone else, they pin point the drug use time line and the type, and are 99.9% accurate. Since we are on the cutting edge of Guam Government raises, it would make a whole lot of sense to use this form of testing. This way all the criminals running and working for Guam Government are caught and banished for ever! It should be a privilege for someone to serve the people of Guam, be paid, and prove that are doing the very basics of what is required of them. Not like the promise that everyone has herd that they are not using vehicles for personal use when they take their Guam Government Vehicle to go drink at You and Me underneath the Trench get drunk and then drive home in the same Guam Government vehicle!

Random drug testing should have already be implemented especially in throughout all Government agencies, sad that it had to take a drug pushing lady who is selling out of her own cubicle to get some form of action done. Drug test everyone senators and governors and all who work as a government employee

  • Bill Cundiff - 8 years ago

Not doing so makes GoVGuam a safe haven for drug addicts and pushers. This should have been on-going for ions.
