What kind of a question is this for the public? OF COURSE NOT, they should not be paying a single penny to a business that has defaulted on every inch of their contract including lease payments. You can tell that the Adelup hackers are also in doubt about this settlement, because we don't have 1,000 YES votes and it is already 9AM. They realize that this is corruption at it's finest, and hopefully wake up and realize what they have been protecting the last 6 years. Where are the senators, and why isn't there an oversight hearing on this issue. Are lawmakers such as Rodriguez, Barnes and Respicio involved in this heist, that they are so quiet?

"The business also had been in arrears on its rent since it signed its lease in 2001." "The company failed to develop its facility within the agreed timeline." "the Felix Camacho administration, had resisted paying anything to Guam YTK because they believed the company had reneged on its lease when it failed to pay rent and its share of the insurance premiums." Champ Calvo says "And if it’s ever terminated through no fault of YTK, then the government will pay the fair market value of the 45-year lease.’ And I’m going, ‘Wow, what a great provision.’” Mr. Calvo, please explain before I write my $86.48 check to you....exactly what did YTK do to comply with the lease. All I read is default after default by YTK regardless of ownership.

Never mind the AG....this is a case for the FBI. Someone needs to wake up the feckless US Attorney. This is the kind of corruption that puts mainland mayors and governors in federal jail.

If you ask me it would be far easier to get the AG involved first! Next hire a lawyer and have him ask for a continuance and ask to appeal this decision for then next 10 years. What goes around comes around! This deal already has the CALVO I say PUBLICLY " I AM NOT INVOLVED, but PRIVATELY I AM REALLY INVOLVED STAMP! This looks like Senator Rodriguez and Calvo are at the wheel and clearly working together on this solution! 10% interest? Every deal with 10% interest for lack of payment is a deal CALVO is directly involved with. The pattern is clear to me, is it clear to anyone else?
