Some people don't understand is that if transgender is allowed to use the restroom that they identify with, there will be pedophiles that WILL take advantage of this and pretend to be transgender just to get into the female restrooms. Whether you believe it or not, there are pedophiles lurking everywhere. It has nothing to do with being against transgender people or not allowing them to have rights. The bigger concern is the safety issue. It is a bigger safety threat to us females to have men be able to enter our restrooms. Does this mean urinals should be placed into the women's restroom for the males that identify themselves as females?

    Restroom for males only
    Restroom for females only
    Restroom for genders only
3 restrooms should keep out Sexual Harassments, wake up if it's not broke, don't change it. Males restroom....do have toilets jus like the females restroom, no different's.

For those of you who say NO without having informing yourself on the reality of what many #trans youth go through and the mental health and overall anguish that come with being denied the right to go to the bathroom by the gender they identify with, you're disgusting. This is a reflection of how parents raise their children, as in sexual assault/harassment and rape culture becomes so rampant and perpetuated that one would assume that trans youth/students would be endangering others when in reality it's straight/cisgender people (men usually) who commit these so-called crimes of taking illegal snapshots. SO, why don't we penalize and discipline the real culprits that actually commit these crimes? Rather than denying civil rights and dignity to trans people? #Sickening #ICantWithYouAll

Should we go for the needs of the few? Or the needs of the many? This change will force mothers and fathers to explain sexual orientation to their children that the children may not be mature enough to comprehend. The way I behave in the bedroom should not influence which bathroom I use. Being transgender is a choice. Keep it private.

Keep Sodom and Gomorrah off the Amazing Island of Guam! Do not follow the weak and timid because of peer pressure like the mainland. For centuries people that want to do unethical actions were treated as unethical people. Why is it now accepted and ethical people are treated as the bad people... The vast majority of the population on this planet are taking a backseat to this insanity and that needs to stop. We are creating a horrible environment for our children and grandchildren to grow up in.

A male thinking he is a female but still having his male organs be allowed to shower in the girls locker room because he is transgender. We as a people continue to allow these political correct politician to control every aspect of our lives. Times are a changing and not for the good. The end is near!

I don't believe this stupid fabricated issue has reached my beloved Guam. Really, if you cross dress well enough you can use the ladies room. Use the stall because that's all there is. As for women coming into the men's room to use the urinal - come on, you must be smoking something and the marijuana rules aren't finalized yet. Buck up, grow up, and go to work. Mow your lawn. Don't litter. Treat your neighbors and the random encounters nicely. We aren't better than these nationally generated pseudo social issues; put 'em on the plane and send 'em off island.

if you're a transgender or transsexual with a female torso and a male genitalia, you're more likely dressed as a female with facial makeup; hence, would've more than likely use a female restroom. anatomy the opposite, would've more than likely use the male restroom but never the urinals. my concern is that in most cases with a lesbian couple or a gay couple, one would feel and act as the other sex partner being the opposite (example: two females- one is the feminine and the other masculine; two males- one is the masculine and the other feminine). so would it be alright for a masculine female with a female genitalia- dressed like a man with female torso to enter a male's restroom? how about a feminine male who's known by his family and friends that he's gay but dressed and looked like a man to enter a female restroom because he feels like he's a girl? will that be acceptable? I don't think so. a boyfriend, husband or father would probably take adverse action against the gay person. all the lesbians and gays that I know always use the corresponding restroom to their sexual anatomy. policy should stay just like that. it would be interesting if there're restroom monitors asking one question to every person entering regardless of their physical appearance, "do you identify as a male or female?" if a male who is dressed as a male with short haircut and looks like a male said he identifies as a female, should he be allowed to enter the female restroom? I don't think so. please don't negatively reply to this comment and say I don't know, don't understand and a sexist.
