Please Governor end this mess and deport these people back to there Island. You must do it Governor please help the people of Guam..the Chamorros. Thank you Governor.
It's a great idea. While turning sociopaths out onto the streets somewhere else isn't the greatest thing in the world, Guam simply cannot afford to lock these people up on the taxpayer's dime. As long as there is a way to prevent them from coming back to terrorize us all. What I'm worried about is the Guam governor may not have a way to prevent their return. If he furloughed them with the threat of clapping them back in jail should they reappear instead of commuting their sentence, there would be real teeth to prevent their return.
Anyone breaking our laws should be deported . Three strikes your out. FSM residents with a criminal record wishing to reside or stay here should post a thousand dollar security fee . If the GG has to send them back at least it is paid for.
We have enough criminals of our own to deal with.
It's about time to get rid of this FSM migrants and causing so much burden in the Government of Guam,
Why you guys think GMH Finances are affected because of The FSM Migrants, When you go to Public Health FSM Migrants get free medical insurance, food stamp anything and everything they can? you see them just @ home having a good time, drinking partying and causing so much trouble on this Island while us are working so hard so we can have a decent life and so we can survive. It's not fair, why Am I paying my taxes for these people? You see them on the road drunk and causing so much trouble.

Get rid of those FSM migrants that refuse to work and placing a burden on the Public Health and Social services.
Lastly, the FSM vagrants around Hagatna and other places on the island which serves no purpose to seek better opportunities for themselves but merely stealing the oxygen that we breath .
They are many productive FSM citizens on Guam and Fsm criminals causes most island residents to stereotype FSM citizens in general.

Please Governor Calvo Deport all convicted FAS/FSM citizens and help improve the cnditions in our prison system , it will also help save much needed public tax funds our island needs so desperately . This is probably the best idea being implemented by far ! Thank you Gov Guam !
Please start the deportation process and Recind all pay raises until our island is financially stable .
