    Being a voter!
When it is that time around for an election I look forward to matters that may change. I give thanks to the Guam Election Commission for announcing on the media and the news paper ads for the updates that have changed from our previous Elections. I understand that not many people read the news, listen to the radio, and have access to the Internet. But what is the purpose of complaining really if you didn't get an update from not calling their office to gain the information as to where you would cast your vote or other information you would like to inquire about?! Thank you Guam Election and its staff for your patience and your expertise! I look forward to the the General Election.

Dededo: I went to Astumbo to vote but was told it wasnt my voting area. From Astumbo was directed to vote at Okudu but again directed to go to Fern Terrace? Where the heck in Fern would I vote? Get your people up to date on where people can vote...i didnt vote this year...which makes me angry considering i am in my 70s.

GECHS - Guam Election Commission Counts Hella Slow. Usually in the mainland during elections one will have a pretty good idea who will win by the end of the first hour after polls close. How about that, millions of voters and jurisdictions in the states get it right quickly, thousands of voters on Guam and it takes until the early morning of the next day. I mean come on, we are living in the 21st century, not the 1950s.

I give the Commission and its Director an F, I give the volunteers and the regular staff a B. The polling official that provided the rules and procedures for the ballots was extremely helpful and precise, maybe she should be appointed Executive Director. Seems like the management was more concerned with increasing the number of registered voters (nevermind that the Commission has no authority to compel any voters to vote).

Holding out hope that for the General Election that there is a faster count and release to the public. Not holding my breath though, usually with primaries voter turnout is lower and higher for general elections - SOO if they can't count fast with a smaller pool of votes I am not holding out hope for the future.

I have been in Dededo for over 20 years and they moved polling station in Wettengel School in Dededo to another school in Dededo. Notice was probably posted in newspaper which we did not see. So when we arrived to Wettengel, there were no people in the area with no signs posted to where polling was moved. Needless to say, there was only 20 minutes left before closing. I met several people in search for the polling station as well. Did not vote on this years primary election!
